I am lucky!
Since my childhood I know that I want to stand on this side of the camera. I did my best to get there.
(Yeah, I’m also stubborn and persistent.)
My studies were completed in international film schools, with great teachers like Vilmos Zsigmond and John Schwartzman. My life was a colorful picture of a wide screen world with perfect lighting and scenes recorded fifteen times.
(Indeed, I’m a perfectionist.)
Then suddenly – like in a fairy tale – a Turkish wedding in Melbourne (I will tell you more about it) changed everything. I was hit by a flush of adrenalin, and never looked back again. Well, I am a hopeless romantic and an adventure addict. There is a technical term for it: high level excitement-seeker. I became a wedding filmmaker when it was not highly fashionable, (I dare to listen to my heart), and the enthusiasm still undiminished. I’m not a bad filmmaker, but there is something more: I am happy and grateful to be blessed to do what I love and to love what I do.
